I forgot the referral code. Can I add it now?
At most exchanges, no. Don't close your account and sign up again, or open a second one. You can sign up to the other exchange instead.
When does the fee rebate arrive?
The exchange pays it automatically on its own schedule. How often and in which coin is set out in its referral terms.
The fee in my account is different from this page. Which is right?
The one in your account. This page shows the standard rate; VIP levels, paying with the exchange token, promotions and your country can all change it.
Are futures fees rebated too?
Yes, also 20%. But futures are high-risk and can wipe out your money quickly, so we don't recommend them for beginners.
